Zainur Zakaria claims that :

Zainur Zakaria is too seasoned a lawyer to have overlooked that he has misrepresented the view of one judge in Dalip Kaur as the decision of the Supreme Court. That the view of that one judge was not the basis of the decision of the majority of the Supreme Court has been noted in Lim Chan Seng (see highlighted parts at pages 236 and 246 - 249 of the reported judgment) by the same judge who decided Dalip Kaur at first instance.

Zainur Zakaria's claim about the aspirations of those involved in the IFC initiative is a blatant lie.
